Return Policy (vasany)
 

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, vasa new york LLC will accept items for exchange or return. We will issue store credit only for the any return items. Please ensure that the item is returned in unworn and re-saleable condition with complete original packaging within 7days of receipt. 

Returns after the 7day period are not accepted. If you would like to make a return, please email for a return authorization at: vasa@vasany.com (no refund will be granted without return authorization).

 For your protection, please pack your returns in the original box, return your order with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS)  and retain your receipt.

vasa new york LLC is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Please include a note with your name and invoice number. Once your return is processed, credit will be issued for merchandise amount only. We do not refund shipping charges on return items.
 

A few select pieces may not be returnable. If that is the case, we will let you know BEFORE we process your order to give you an option to cancel the order.

 
*All personalized items and custom orders are final sales. 

Items received as gifts may be exchanged for another item of equal value.

PRODUCT CARE & REPAIR

We make all of our pieces by hand in our studio. Therefore, some pieces can be customized upon request (such as chain lengths, charms, etc.). If you would like to customize a piece, please contact us at vasa@vasany.com and check availability and the price. Any customized pieces cannot be returned or refunded. 

Product Care:

Each piece of our jewelry is hand-crafted and therefore delicate. Please use appropriate care to enjoy our jewelry for a long time. 

Majority of our collections consist of 14k gold and diamonds & can be cleaned with a polishing cloth or jewelry cleaner. However, any piece with colored precious gem stones such as

emeralds, sapphires, rubies etc. should avoid water and any chemical cleaner. 

Repair:

vasa jewelry is delicate and should be handled with care. We are not responsible for lost parts.

To request a repair, email us at vasa@vasany.com. Once a repair is authorized, further instructions and a confirmation number will be emailed to you. Repair times may vary and are handled on a case by case basis. vasa new york LLC highly recommends you certify and insure your repair shippings as we are not responsible for any lost or damaged goods. Repairs without prior authorization will be declined . vasa new york LLC will not sign for or accept any packages without prior authorization and is not responsible for any further shipping costs this may incur. 

 

 

Returns (other items)
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

SHIHOSHI accepts returns and exchanges on full price items within 3 days of receiving merchandise in case the item belongs to the following return reasons.

1. damage or defect in the material
2. poor sewing
3. twist or deformation
4. items that differs in color, size, etc. with your order

Any other reasons that do not belong to the defect or fault of the manufacturer - SHIHOSHI, such as simple change of mind, or damage by the customer, are not acceptable. We recommend careful examination before any order.
The items must be returned in new and unused condition, and in its original packaging to assure full credit. We cannot accept any items for return or exchanges, which bears an indication that it was used. All returns for refund must be postmarked within 3 days of receiving merchandise. Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check.

All return shipments must be made by a major courier service with tracking capabilities(EMS, Fedex, etc.). SHIHOSHI does not accept liability for returned goods if they are not sent via these methods.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
Products with obvious signs of use.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at help@shihoshi.com and send your item to our return address.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return. 
  
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to our return address.
Exact shipping address will be given to you by e-mail.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
